YWAR respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and our Android Marketplace Applications (“YWAR Apps”), regardless of where you visit it from, and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

6. Data Deletion

You can request YWAR to delete your Personal Data remaining with YWAR (if any) by filling out this data deletion request form. YWAR shall delete all your Personal Data including ( Name, Email , Password , Profile Picture ) within a reasonable time period in line with applicable law, unless applicable law requires retention. Although YWAR will keep the transactional data due to the purpose of maintaining the data integrity of the system in terms of data reporting, analytics. After sending the Data deletion request form, your account shall be permanently deleted and the further use of our products or services shall prove impossible.

YWAR may permanently delete your account data if your account is delinquent, suspended, or terminated for a certain period of time.

7. Google User Data Access Policy

We describes here how we collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of users who access our application or service via Google login. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. When you log in with your Google account, we may access your Google account information including your name and email address. We use these information to authenticate your identity when you log in with your Google account. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties at any circumstances.
